Terms of Albergo Garni Casa Bianca (as from 31.1.2007)
Deposit To guarantee a reservation will be due between 100 and 200 euros as a deposit. This deposit, we expect after receiving the booking by bank transfer. The deposit within 10 days after receiving the booking should not have been made forfeit the booking. Please note that a booking only 100% valid, if the amount has been credited to our account.
Residual Payment The balance is due on arrival, in cash and in euros. In exceptional cases we allow the payment of the balance in advance by bank transfer. Please ask therefore for us. In this case, the balance must be received in our bank account before they check into your dwelling.
Cancel a booking Please note that the booking deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation by the guest in any case back. In the case of a trip cancellation by the guest following cancellation amounts are due: 100% of the balance for cancellations 1-30 calendar days prior to arrival 75% of the balance for cancellations made 31-90 calendar days prior to arrival 50% of the balance for cancellations 91-180 calendar days prior to arrival 25% of the balance for cancellations 181-360 calendar days prior to arrival
We recommend the conclusion of a separate trip-cancellation insurance.
In the event that the booked accommodation is not available etc. (water damage.) We reserve the right to rebook the guests in an equivalent object.
Arrival / Departure
Their arrival, we expect between 16.00 and 19.00 of the clock arrival. Late arrivals can only occur with the agreement. Let us know this in writing (via e-mail). The departure must normally be made until 10.30 clock in the morning.
Responsibility
Hotel Garni Casa Bianca is in any way be held responsible for any direct or indirect injuries, accidents or losses incurred during the stay in the personal objects.
